The Four Basic Principles To Unify Mind and Body
The foundation of our study is to understand and use these four
principles in our daily life:
1) Keep One Point
2) Relax Completely
3) Keep Weight Underside
4) Extend Ki
During each class these principles are stressed. They are not
meant to be only used in our practice of Aikido but to be fully
integrated into our life's.
During your first class we will demonstrate these principles to
